Looks like SM Entertainment just might lose another star... After the JaeChunSu
trio turned their backs against their company in regards to their unfair
contract, Hankyung (Hangeng) of Super Junior decided to follow their lead and
attempt to opt out as well.
According to a related source in China,
Hankyung filed a request at the Seoul Central District Court to make his
contract with SM Entertainment null and void at noon on the 21st.
Hankyung, who is well-known as the only Chinese member in Super Junior,
is popular amongst both the Asian youth and media. With his good reputation and
talent, many speculated that the singer would go on to have a very successful
solo career as well. However, rumor has it that the contract forbade Hankyung
from pursuing a solo career, creating a rift that led to this contract
termination request.
The press stated,
"No specific details have yet been released towards this termination request. However, it is likely the reason is because of the unfairness the contract holds in regards to Hankyung's personal development."
I think, my worries are already answered. HanKyung really did want to terminate his contract.
What is this? Who's fault is it now? SM Entertainment? HanKyung?
If this termination occurred due to SM Entertainment sabotages, I really do wish SM Entertainment can stop all these unfairness treatment to his celebrities. I seriously don't get it. Don't SM Entertainment knows the law of human rights? Or, does SM Entertainment even have a heart at the first place? Did you guys notice? SM Entertainment always having contract problems with his celebrities. So, SM Entertainment must also be having some faults. I really hate lee so* man. This is the first time I hate someone so much. If I can be granted a wish, I will wish him dead.Is him, who deprived my happiness away. He is definitely treating his celebrities unfairly. No doubt. Just the thought of his face, hurts me. However, if it's like what Allkpop said,HanKyung wants to terminate his contract because he want to be a solo artist. I am really disappointed in him. I don't hate him for doing so, but, just feel very very disappointed. How can he just want to leave Super Junior so easily? What kind of importance does Super Junior holds for him? None? Even if he don't consider about the feelings of his members, can't he just continue staying on in Super Junior for E.L.Fs? What about Super Junior M? He's the leader of this sub-group after all... I choose to believe in my HanKyung Oppa.
Seriously, I don't know what caused HanKyung to want to terminate his contract... If is because of LEE SO* MAN, I will definitely curse lee so* man. If is HanKyung's own decision, I will really be speechless....

Now, I know the reason why HanKyung Oppa wants to terminate the contract. It's a 13 years slave contract, besides, there are some unfair clauses in the contract.
